We inspect every pair before sending it out to ensure quality control.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in AED and may change without notice.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), card payments, and other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

We may update prices, promotions, or offers at any time.

4. Orders, Fulfillment & Delivery

KtownKicks offers:

  • Next-Day Delivery across the UAE (location-dependent)

  • Cash on Delivery

  • Free Delivery when applicable

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or incorrect address details.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses or failure to receive the parcel.

5. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We aim to provide a smooth and easy experience.

Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order if:

  • The sneakers are unused and in original condition

  • Packaging, box, and tags are intact

Exchange availability depends on stock.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a major quality issue

Evidence (photos or videos) must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn sneakers

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer if the product was delivered as described

  • Minor color or lighting differences

Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval.
